1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Get Surf Report you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Get Surf Report provides surf, kitesurf, windsurf, and sailing forecast scores based on publicly available meteorological data. Forecasts are informational only and do not replace professional weather advisories.
A free tier is available to all users. Premium features (extended forecasts, alerts, favorites) require an active paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at the address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts found to be fraudulent or abusive may be suspended without notice.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download forecast data without prior written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use the service to distribute spam, malware, or any unlawful content.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software on Get Surf Report is owned by or licensed to Get Surf Report. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without express written permission.
Underlying forecast data is sourced from Open-Meteo under their open-data license.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of forecast data. Use of the service for safety-critical decisions (e.g., offshore navigation) is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Surf Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
